Warranty Policy
At Nationwide Auto Parts USA, we take pride in the quality and reliability of the parts we provide to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a 90-day warranty on all parts, excluding electronic components, which are sold AS-IS. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of our warranty policy below, designed to offer clarity and ensure a seamless experience:

1. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted to an authorized Nationwide Auto Parts USA agent within 90 days from the date of purchase for the warranty to remain valid.

2. Non-Transferable
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Engines
Coverage: Engines are covered for cracked cylinder blocks or heads, defective cam or crankshafts, excessive smoking, and must be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
What’s Not Covered: While engines come complete with manifolds, oil pans, timing belts, and more, only the long block is covered under warranty. Parts like pulleys, manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, and carburetors are not covered.
Installation Requirements: For a valid warranty claim, engines must be installed with new seals, filters, and oil.

Transmissions
Coverage: Transmissions are warranted to be in good working condition, with no slippage, shifting failures, or bearing noise.
What’s Not Covered: Oil seals, gaskets, and the fluid are not covered. Transmissions must be installed with new seals and fresh fluid for the warranty to be valid.

Return policy
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns. Parts returned not in accordance with our terms will also incur this fee, along with withholding of shipping costs.
Incorrect or Damaged Parts: If you receive the wrong or damaged part, please contact our customer service before returning it. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to process returns.
Return Conditions: Parts must be returned in their original condition (except in cases of shipping damage) with original markings intact. Any modifications will void the return policy.

Labor Costs & Refunds
Labor Costs: Nationwide Auto Parts USA does not cover labor costs for any defective parts installed. Refunds are limited to the original cost of the merchandise, excluding labor or installation charges.
Refund Process: Once the part is returned and inspected, a credit request will be processed. Refunds will be issued upon approval.

Shipping & Delivery
Once the order is placed, parts will typically be delivered within 10-15 business days.
If a part is unavailable or if mileage expectations aren’t met, we will ship the next best available option at no extra cost. Mileage is estimated at 10k to 15k miles per year, but mileage cannot be guaranteed.

Special Terms
Rebuildable Core: Engines or transmissions older than 50 years are sold as rebuildable core units.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your order before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
Fitment Issues: If an engine or transmission doesn’t fit due to modifications or technical reasons, a 30% restocking fee will apply, along with two-way shipping charges.
