Shipping Policy
At Nationwide Auto Parts USA LLC, our goal is to ensure your parts are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review the following guidelines, which are designed to protect both your interests and ours:
-
1. Delivery Acceptance & Restocking Fees:
Once your part is shipped, it is essential that someone is available to accept delivery. If the shipment is refused or not accepted, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied along with round-trip shipping charges.
-
2. Returns & Damage Liability:
Should a part be returned due to damage incurred during transit, you will be responsible for the losses. In cases where damage is verified, no refund will be issued—or only a partial refund will be considered—depending on the extent of the damage.
-
3. Freight Shipping Requirements:
All freight items must be delivered to a commercial address or to a location accessible by 16- or 18-wheeler trucks. Failure to provide a compliant address may result in additional delivery charges.
-
4. Unloading & Delivery Coordination:
Please ensure that appropriate unloading equipment is available at the delivery site. If unloading materials are not provided on-site and must be supplied by our shipping company, a fee of up to $125 may be incurred. Furthermore, once your part is dispatched, a designated representative must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be required to either collect the item from the nearest terminal or, upon mutual agreement, reschedule delivery for a fee of $110.
We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to delivering excellent service. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
