Shipping Policy
- a) Once the part is shipped and if not accepted by the customer, or simply refused, there will be a 25% restocking fees and two way shipping charges.
- b) If the part shipped, returns, by the customer and is damaged during transit, the customer is liable for all the losses and there will be no refund or a partial refund will be issued depending on the severity of the damage.
- c) Any freight item that is being shipped, the customer must and should provide a business address at a commercial location. Else, any business address should have access to 16 or 18 wheeler trucks to accept the delivery. If not it could attract additional delivery charges.
- d) Customers are obliged to have any sort of unloading material to unload the freight from the truck. If the unloading material is provided from the shipping company, Sintel Auto Parts has the rights to charge the customers up to $125 . Once the part is dispatched for delivery, the customer or the point of contact is obliged to be present at the location for acceptance. At the delivery time if the customer is not available to accept the delivery then it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the part from the nearest terminal. Else upon mutual agreement; the customer will pay $110 for reschedule of delivery.
