Refund / Cancellation Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO LABOR COSTS are covered by Nationwide Auto Parts USA. - a) You understand and agree that Nationwide Auto Parts USA can ship the part which compatible/similar with any year, make and model which is interchangeable
- b) On an average Nationwide Auto Parts USA promises 10k to 15k miles per year. However we do not guarantee on miles, All promised miles are subject to availability. In case of any issues with the promised miles, Nationwide Auto Parts USA shall ship the next best available.
- c) Nationwide Auto Parts USA will not reimburse any labor charges on defective parts installed. Reimbursement shall be for original cost of merchandise plus any tax collected.
- d) Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.
- e) Once the order is placed the part will be delivered within 10-15 business days.
- f) Engines & transmissions older than 50 years are sold as rebuildable core.
- g) Once an order has been placed and the buyer/customer chooses to cancel the order before the item has been shipped, a twenty percent (25%) cancellation fee may apply. The liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer as part of transaction.
- h) Parts cannot be sent back based on the looks and rust on it as you are purchasing the used parts it would not be in brand new condition.
- i) Engines, Transmission or Transfer case etc that has been swapped from the original make and model. If it doesn't fit for technical reasons and you want to send the part back there will be a 30% restocking fee on the total amount and 2 way shipping charges.
