- Nationwide Auto Parts USA warrants a 60 Days warranty on all parts except the electronic parts they are sold AS-IS subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below:
- 1. All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of Nationwide Auto Parts USA within a period of 60 Days warranty from the date of purchase for the warranty to be valid.
- 2. This warranty is not transferable

Engines
a). Engines are covered under warranty against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated. - b). Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel Injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block.
- c). The pulley, manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not covered under warranty. Engines must have new seals, filters and new oil installed upon installation into the vehicle for the warranty claim.

Transmissions
a). Transmissions are under warranty to be in good working condition with no slippage, shifting failures, or bearing noise. Transmissions must have new seals and new fluid installed at time of installation into the vehicle. Oil seals and gaskets are not covered under warranty. -
Return policy
a) There will be a 30% Restocking fee on non-defective returned items. In the event a part is returned that does not fit terms, conditions nor return policy; Nationwide Auto Parts USA reserves the right to apply a 30% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. There shall be no restocking fee in-case the part delivered is incorrect. Once the part is shipped and if not accepted by the customer, or simply refused, there will be a 30% restocking fee and two way shipping charges. - b). All warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include diagnostic print-out from an certified mechanic and installation invoice from the certified mechanic with receipts showing CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY requirements have been met. E-mail full name and contact information with all paperwork and photo-copy image of all receipts.
- c) If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify Nationwide Auto Parts USA customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING RMA.
- A Duly filled RMA form is mandated for the return process.
- d) Improper installation will void warranty. WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT RECEIPT. Items modified will not be accepted for return. Items must be returned in the form of the original part shipped for the refund. Parts are uniquely identified by markings on the part. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (except the items damaged/ broken in shipping and verified by a Sales representative) will not be refunded.
- e) In the event of a part failure, the part must be inspected in the vehicle before removal or the warranty will be void.
