Warranty Coverage
90-Day Warranty
Nationwide Auto Parts USA offers a 60-day warranty on all parts, excluding electronic parts, which are sold as-is. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind by covering key components of engines and transmissions, subject to the conditions and limitations below. - * All warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days from the date of purchase through an authorized agent of Nationwide Auto Parts USA.
- * This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Engine Warranty
* Coverage: Engines are warranted to be free from defects in cylinder blocks, heads, camshafts, and crankshafts, and to perform well under normal use. - * Components Included: We guarantee the long block only, which includes the main engine assembly.
- * Exclusions: Certain parts—such as pulleys, manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pans, timing belts, and covers—are excluded from warranty. Engines must have new seals, filters, and oil installed upon installation for the warranty to remain valid.

Transmission Warranty
* Coverage: Transmissions are guaranteed to function smoothly, with no slippage, shifting issues, or bearing noise. - * Requirements: New seals and transmission fluid must be installed at the time of installation for warranty coverage.
- * Exclusions: Oil seals and gaskets are not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy
- * Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs may also be withheld from the refund amount. No restocking fee is applied if the part delivered is incorrect.
- * RMA Requirement: For any return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Do not return any part without obtaining an RMA first.
- * Additional Conditions: Parts must be returned in the original condition received. Modifications or improper installation void the warranty, and items must be unmodified to qualify for a refund. Damaged or incorrect parts should be reported immediately.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

- * Compatibility: By purchasing from us, you agree that we may ship a compatible or interchangeable part that fits multiple years, makes, and models, as determined by OEM standards.
Refund Policy:
- 1. Mileage Expectation: We estimate that most parts are suitable for 10k to 15k miles per year. While we strive to provide parts with expected mileage, please understand that availability may vary. If mileage availability is an issue, we will provide the next best available option.
- 2. Labor Reimbursement: No labor charges will be reimbursed for defective part installations. Refunds will include only the original cost of merchandise plus any tax collected.
- 3. Return Process:
- * Once an item is returned, it undergoes inspection. Upon approval, a credit request is forwarded to our accounting team, and the refund is issued once verification and inspection are complete.
- 4. Delivery Timeline: Parts are typically delivered within 10-15 business days from the order date.
- 5. Older Engines and Transmissions: Engines and transmissions that are 50 years or older are sold as rebuildable cores and are not eligible for full warranty coverage.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1. Cancellation Fees: If an order is canceled prior to shipping, a cancellation fee of 25% may apply. This fee is limited to the amount paid by the customer as part of the transaction.
- 2. Appearance of Parts: As these are used parts, some may have natural wear, including rust. Refunds or returns will not be processed based on appearance alone, as these parts are not in brand-new condition.
- 3. Returns Due to Fit: If an engine, transmission, or transfer case does not fit due to technical reasons and you choose to return the part, a 30% restocking fee and two-way shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Terms and Customer Responsibilities
1. Refused Shipments:
- * If a shipment is refused or not accepted upon delivery, a 25% restocking fee and two-way shipping charges will apply.
2. Damaged Returns During Transit:
- * Should a returned part be damaged during transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting losses. Refunds may be adjusted based on the extent of the damage.
3. Freight Shipments - Commercial Address Requirement:
- * For freight items, customers must provide a commercial business address capable of receiving deliveries from 16- or 18-wheeler trucks. If the delivery location does not meet this requirement, additional charges may apply.
4. Unloading Requirements:
- * Customers are responsible for providing equipment, such as a forklift or similar unloading materials, to unload the part from the delivery truck. If unloading materials are provided by the shipping company, Nationwide Auto Parts USA reserves the right to charge up to $125 for this service.
5. Delivery Acceptance:
- * The customer or a designated contact person must be available to accept the delivery at the scheduled time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the customer will need to retrieve the item from the nearest terminal or, upon mutual agreement, may incur a $110 rescheduling fee for re-delivery.
