What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in the part itself — internal mechanical failure that is not caused by external factors such as installation error, lack of lubrication, overheating, or collision damage. If the part fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we work with you to resolve it.
How It Works
If you experience an issue with a warrantied part, contact us by phone or email with your order details and a description of the problem. In most cases, we will ask your installer or mechanic to provide a brief diagnosis. From there, we coordinate the resolution — which may include a replacement part, credit, or other remedy depending on the situation.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty options are available on most engines, transmissions, and transfer cases. These extend coverage beyond the standard 90 days and may include additional protections. Extended warranty details and pricing are included in your quote — just ask if you would like to see your options.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not extend to labor costs for removal or installation, damage caused by improper installation, modifications to the part, lack of proper fluids, overheating, collision or accident damage, or normal wear items such as gaskets, seals, and sensors that may need replacement during installation.
Important Notes
Our standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of sale unless otherwise stated on your quote. Warranty terms may vary by part type, age, and mileage.
