Shipping Information
Every part ships palletized, insured, and tracked.
How We Ship
All engines, transmissions, and transfer cases are drained of fluids, mounted to a pallet, and secured with straps and protective packaging. Parts are shipped via insured freight carrier with full tracking provided.
Delivery Options
Commercial / Shop Delivery — Our most common method. The freight carrier delivers directly to a repair shop or business address.
Residential Delivery — Available with liftgate service. The carrier will lower the pallet to ground level at your driveway or curbside.
Terminal Pickup — Pick up your part at the nearest freight terminal. Sometimes the fastest option if a terminal is close to you.
Shipping Timeline
Most parts ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days depending on distance. Expedited shipping may be available — ask when you receive your quote.
Tracking
A tracking number and carrier info are provided with every shipment. You can monitor delivery status from the moment it leaves our facility.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is included in your delivered quote. No hidden freight charges, fuel surcharges, or surprise fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Damage in Transit
If your part arrives with visible damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos. Freight damage claims are time-sensitive and must be reported promptly.
